Do I need MetaMask or Rainbow?
Nope. When you sign up, HOP creates an Ethereum wallet for you, encrypts the key, and links it to your account. View the private key any time after re-confirming your password, send funds out from the in-app Withdraw page, or import the key into MetaMask / Rainbow / Coinbase Wallet whenever you want.
Is $HOP a fair launch? Can the team rug?
Yes — fair launch. 100% of supply is seeded into the LP at launch, the LP token is burned to a dead address, and the mint/owner roles are renounced. No team allocation, no treasury, no vesting unlock. The 5% transfer fee routes back to community prize pools. Verify it on-chain.
Is wagering legal in my country?
Wagered modes are geo-gated. Free play is open everywhere. Always check your local laws. 18+ everywhere wagered modes are available.
What does the 5% transfer fee fund?
It splits between two pools: the community prize fund (top-up for free-play tournaments and weekly leaderboard payouts) and the platform game fund (covers gas reimbursements + anti-cheat infrastructure). No portion routes to a team wallet — there isn't one.
How are NFT player cards related to $HOP?
The 60-card World Cup 2026 collection is a separate ERC-721 on Base. You earn cards through gameplay (predictions, wins, drops) — they don't cost $HOP. Holders get a small AI-prediction boost on matches their players are in. Cards are tradeable on OpenSea / Reservoir.
What's the Telegram bot for?
The HOP bot is a thin remote — wallet snapshot, deposit QR, link your account, get DMs for kickoffs / mints / settled predictions. It does NOT execute withdrawals (those stay web-only for security). Sign in with /login or link an existing account from the dashboard.
Where does HOP run? Is it custodial?
Yes, HOP is custodial — we hold the encrypted key for you so you don't need a browser extension. The platform runs on Railway, with $HOP on Ethereum mainnet and NFTs on Base. You can reveal + export your private key any time after re-confirming your password.
